Warranty:  By registering your purchase you activate your 30 year warranty. Once registered it is apart of our Company's records, so if your product should fail within the specified warranty period it will be easy for our customer service representatives to know immediately when you purchased your flooring and be able to assist you in resolving the issue.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH MY FLOOR AFTER IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED?

If you have purchased our flooring, have installed it, and have a problem with it promptly notify Custom Surface of the damage.
